The Gunnar Project
Gunnar Project
The Gunnar Project began with loss. When our son Gunnar passed away, we were left with a single, urgent question: how do we live fully, even in the face of life’s hardest moments?
Out of that grief came a simple idea — that happiness, as most people know it, isn’t enough. What we needed was happ(i)ness: deeper, steadier, and more meaningful.
Our Vision
The Gunnar Project exists to carry that discovery forward. We believe happ(i)ness should be taught, practiced, and shared — not left to chanceHow We Do It

Why It Matters
We live in a world full of noise, speed, and distraction. Too many people chase “happy” and end up anxious, disconnected, and searching for more.
Happ(i)ness is different. It grows from health, connection, learning, and doing good.
